Lutheran Social Services of Michigan (LSSM), was one of Michigan’s largest faith-based nonprofits. Awareness of LSSM was negligible due to its many in-market brands and the organization retained The Quell Group to rebrand them to more effectively appeal to targeted audiences.
The Quell Group developed several research-based rounds of names before selecting the final name Samaritas.
A new logo and identity system was designed to help herald the new name and to unify the organization moving forward.
